Claes Anderson, founder and Managing Director. Holds an M.S.c. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg. Before founding Systemite Claes Anderson held a position as business manager at automotive consultant company Mecel. He has also held positions as development engineer at Ericsson Microwave Systems and ILF/EL Innovation.

Mikael Strömberg, founder, and chairman of the board. Holds an M.S.c. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg. Before founding Systemite Mikael Strömberg held several positions at Mecel which he joined in 1986.

Jan Söderberg, founder and Chief Technical officer. Holds a M.S.c. from Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg. Prior to founding Systemite he was a Senior systems engineer at Mecel after working with method and architecture development at Ericsson Microwave Systems. He also has been a consultant and partner at Ergodata.
